The High-Performance EVM Blockchain Built for Scale
ABOUT MONAD
Monad is a high-performance, Ethereum-compatible Layer-1 blockchain designed to deliver both speed and true decentralization. It supports up to 10,000 transactions per second, with rapid 400ms block times and 800ms finality, all while using the same EVM bytecode and RPC interface as Ethereum so developers can port their apps without any changes. Monad’s architecture achieves this through innovations like parallel execution, asynchronous pipelining, a novel MonadBFT consensus mechanism, and an optimized database called MonadDb.
